The first thing is..you aren't logged in so it's not possible for you to click on the "Bedank-o-Mat"
This "bedank-o-mat" thing (also called Bedank-Team) is always the second post in threads as long there is "hidden text"

Hidden text will get visible for you when you click the Bedank-o-Mat Link "klicken sie hier um sich zu bedanken"

or something like that to unhide the links
