If your isp has newsgroups access, theres usually some posted up there pretty often.

I've seen some high quality rips on hongfire, though I don't have access to the content here to compare qualities. But I'm sure there is some if you look or ask someone nicely in the request threads.

Though I can't say I've looked at the uploader policy thoroughly as I won't be uploading much.

Hongfire is the place I usually go to for H-anime. I've never searched for the actual .iso files to burn my own DVDs, so I would have no idea where they would be found.

DVDISOS are too uncompressed and don't offer much more quality over enocdes.
