i think you can find some dl links in our hentai movie section
but i dont know if you are able to enter this section
but with 20 posts you can enter all areas

title of the uncensored version of Shimaizuma 3 is Fleshdance, and yes, you have to have at least 20 senseful posts to get access to that area.

It is not necessary to write the posts in german though, you can use english language as well.
