[Frage] site problem [English]

I'm sorry if I'm using English word in order to communicate, but I'm not use too go in forum other than English language. So please excuse me.
Here is my question. This site: [URL = "http://okazugetterbbs.jpn.org/index2.html"] http://okazugetterbbs.jpn.org/index2.html [/ URL] is a Japanese artist or website where many people manipulate image to make it better and what still accessible, but until recently it's change the way we can browse through the site blocking all foreign IP address.

Cause it's seem I need a Japanese IP address in order to access it. Can anybody help me out please? Imc:

What country are you from? Works for me.
Currently... I live in Australia and it works fine.
Try it first with another web-browser or use:
http://www.aliveproxy.com/jp-proxy-list/

well I'm from Canada and I already tried other type of browser. And can you explain how do I use this website? Cause I'm really a noob when it come to ip address configuration.

http://www.gotoproxy.info/ - that´s a japanese proxy server site and you just have to insert the web address you want to access in the green bar below and press "go".

Just tried to access, it works fine, at least for me...

here´s another site with japanese proxy servers you could use the same way: http://www.xroxy.com/proxy-country-JP.htm
