Hello, everyone...

I don't speak Deutsch, which is why I don't usually post anything. I have a difficult enough time just trying to navigate through the website, nevermind trying to get fancy in here. P

In any case, this place is an interesting diversion from my usually sites. )

Hey Steve,

welcome to WoH. I hope you like the site.
Have fun and a nice time to navigate through the site.
But you need 20 posts and 3 days before you can use the download area.
Anyway when you have any questions you are welcome.

Welcome to our Site. You can Post in English everywhere if you have a Question or a Comment ( Even in German Threads ). Many of us understands English and in most Cases someone will answer you :o)

Edit: And for better Site Navigation you can choose English on the Tab Down Menue on the Bottom of the Site.
Of Course the Threads wont be change to English but all the Site Options and Menues.

Wow... It seems I missed that little detail. LOL

OK, now that I have the forum buttons in English, that makes it easier to get around and less likely that I will accidentally log out. Of course, it also means my brain will no longer be forced to recognize Deutsch, so maybe I'll try switching back and forth just for the mental exercise.

Hi Steve!
What do you think makes this site special?
For e.g. in comparison to E-Hentai.org?
Well, to start with, the forum threads have a different style to them than the sites I usually frequent. (e.g. Hongfire, Nihonomaru) I think that's probably due to the difference in culture. I've noticed that sites based (mostly) in different parts of the world each seem to have differences in the topics they choose to discuss, the way they discuss them, and the style of their postings. It is quite intriguing if you have an interest in Sociology. People tend to be more polite in the WoH forums than they are in American forums, for example, but then that fits with what you find in most countries (aside from a certain large, European country which I do not need to name). Also, there seems to be less "spamming" here than on other sites, but that may just be the moderators at work.

Which leads me to ask you folks a similar question: what do you all feel makes WoH special? How would you describe the WoH community from your own perspective?

Well, nobody answered my question, but I have another one, now. Can anyone tell me why (despite having started a thread and replying who knows how many times to other threads) I am still getting a warning about my account being deleted at any time due to having zero posts?

Because posting here and some other places doesnt increase your post counter, because those places tend to be spammed so it doesnt count. Try to post on other places and your post count will increase.

@Admins/SMods:

Isn't it obvious? Because it's woh :3

First: Welcome aboard, steve70

There isn't one thing, that makes woh special, it's EVERYTHING, that makes woh special. If you just take a bit of your time and open the doors to the houses we caal "threads", youl see that there are ao many different kind of people here. Everyone has a different lifestyle and other thinks he/she likes. It's not quite the threads, that make woh so special, it's the people posting here.
