mh sry i dont know really what the name of this game is, but i see this game was made with the RPG-Maker2000, its a Programm to Create RPG-Games. and he has exactly the same structure, maybe you can find it in some RPG-Maker Forums or something else, but this would be hard, because i think this kinds of Games they doesnt Support.
