Yes this game is HUGE FOR A FLASH GAME. it will take 15mins to install on your hdd
Use Daemon Tools or Alchohol %120 to mount the ISO, Change your windows to japanese unicode or use applocale.
Solution for using AGTH for this game
It seems AGTH doesn't get anything if you launch the game with PPEXE.exe, however if you use TD2.exe thread 4D1C51 contains the game dialogues. To get AGTH to run fine you have to do a few steps:
1. enable windowed mode, this means launch the game through ppexe.exe and check the bottom box. This changes fullscreen to windowed mode. Afterwards launch the game (red text at the top) and quit it once it has started. If you don't start it, it doesn't save that you have selected windowed mode.
2. launch TD2.exe and once you're at the normal game mode (agth doesn't grab anything in the cut scenes in between) go into the menu and change the message speed. Change it from slowest to max. (Message speed is the 3. option on the left side, standard selection is the most left which is slowest, so pick the most right which is fastest). The white button below gets you back into game. Unfortunately you need to change this setting every time you launch the game as it isn't saved.
