[Frage] Hentai-Foundry

Ich versuche jetz schon seit zwei Tagen auf Hentai-foundry.com zu kommen aber es wird immer angezeigt das der server zu lange braucht um zu antworten. Weiß einer was das sein kann?

Server nicht bezahlt

ich tippe auf letzteres

die blockieren einfach alles, was nicht USA ist.

habe nur Deutschalnd gefunden, das blockiert wird.

Was ist deren Begründung? Aüßerst dumm, werde die Seite dann wohl auch mit Proxy meiden, sowas...

Selbst mit einem Proxy kommt man nicht mehr drauf...
Hab' jetzt verschiedene Proxys ausprobiert, und komme nie weiter als die Startseite.
Sobald ich das Bild anklicke, kommt nur 'ne weisse Seite mit einer kurzen Nachricht: "Go Away!"

Falls jemand ne Lösung weiss, lasst es mich wissen!

Apparently the harassment stems from a government source. Before you all start to panic and burn your hard drives, here are a few things to consider:



- Anime is considered art in germany, which means even something as edgy as Loli-Porn is in a gray area. The legal basis for using something like this to harass HF is sketchy at best.



- The German Government does not have the right to block a website. They had that right a few years back to fight child porn, but they took it off the books again a few years back. Wikipedia "Zensur im Internet" if you are interested in the details.



- We currently don't know any details. HF's admin is being very sketchy on the details, which is probably the result of it being Christmas everywhere. People have other stuff on their minds right now.



- My guess is that the Harassment is not related to anything like Loli or Shota, which is something a lot of people I talked to fear, but rather a Copyright Issue. My reasons for this theory are that the german laws to protect copyrighted material in the internet are a lot stronger than those to stop child pornography (Obscene in itself, right?). Take for example Youtube and the Gema. The only nations that block more Youtube-Videos than Germany are North Korea and the Sudan. Given the fact that HentaiFoundry is a giant ammalgamation of trademark infringements (All that Fan Art is a copyright lawyer's wet dream), I think that this harassment is copyright related and not related to any form of specific content.



With that all said, remember that we don't know the details yet. I am reasonable sure that this will not be a permanent solution but merely was a quick (although nasty) fix to get some quiet time over Christmas.

Wenn ich so sehe, wie sich unsere Offiziellen im Netz verhalten, kann ich manchmal einfach nur fremdschämen...

Selbstverständlich kommt man mit einem proxy auf die seite, selbst webproxys funktionieren gut.
selbst der olle google proxy schafft es nach endlosen stunden die seite richtig anzuzeigen, ist aber nicht gerade meine empfehlung:

Da ist man mal paar Tage nicht online und dann so was....aber wenn man sich ne nicht deutsche IP besorgt dürfte es ja kein Problem mehr geben

Habe in nem Deviant-Art Kommentar gelesen, dass Leute von jugenschutz.net bei dem Internetprovider von HF gewettert haben.

Gegen sowas sollte man rechtlich vorgehen...

Brauchst du nicht, in der kurzen Konversation wurde auch gleich ein Website-basierter Proxy genannt: http://unblocksit.es/

Wobei man natürlich keinerlei Daten über Proxys eingeben sollte (bsp: Logindaten).

was das ganze ja auch schwierig macht, da man einige bilder erst sieht wenn man eingeloggt ist. Da wäre ein vertrauenswürdiger proxy natürlich super.

ich bau euch da etwas
ich hab es nur gestern nicht mehr geschafft, weil es (natürlich wie auch sonst) mein Mainboard gegrillt hat - das Netzteil hat wohl ein wenig alles mitgerissen >.<

ich versuchs aus der Arbeit zu fixen, sobald das Internet hier auch wieder funktionsfähig ist.

Ich weiß nur nicht, wie die das mit multiblen Logins auf der Selben IP machen - aber abwarten
