[Frage] how to download from uploaded ?

I am new here and tried to download files from uploaded
I even registerd as free user but i still cannot download something
Can annyone explain me how it works

2. Now wait for the given time.

3. Type the given code and then press download.

4. The download will start now.

still doesn't work

i only get numbers and after completing and pressing download, i always get the same message

"Unfortunately, you don't have the abilities to resume downloads as a Free-User."

As a free user you can download only once every 180 minutes something . Even if the download is interrupted you have to wait so long.

In some cases a file requires a premium-account to download them.
Please post some screen shots. Helps us to understand what's wrong.
