i went to microsoft website and downloaded langpack.exe for japanese didn't do anything. when i tried to run AppLocale it came up with this "your system does not have the language support for the selected language installed!". how do i install japanese on my machine please? i dont have a windows cd either. thz for help in advance. all ic when i use japanese stuff is squares or stuff liek this: see attachment.

if you have WINXP you need to install eastasian languages (which need the cd)...
when you have no cd use google, there is a little chance that you find it online..
another way doesn't exist..
