offensichtlich ist dein System nicht richtig umgestellt.
Verwende entweder Applocale oder check deine Einstellungen noch mal.
Hast du nach der Änderung der Region auch neugestartet?

hab ein noDVD reingepackt sowie ein 100% save und einen Englischen launcher

einfach in den Ordner rein kopieren ^^
