Sorry, I understand German only enough to know what you're asking (probably), but I have to answer in English...
The latest official version 0.992g is way much better than this old modded one, but you can't use the previous save, so you'll have to start from the beginning again.
0.992g also has the same mod patch, but when I tried it, some options (like study at home by yourself) aren't available, so I don't know how much it is actually better than the official one. (And you can't use old save either.)
