I'm having the same problem. I am looking for the most recent updates to the Tifa20 sets, preferably in Japanese. The English voice version is really not to my liking.

He even did post patch 1.4e but in both cases it states I don't have permission to access the link. Why is that?

Yeah, I (SKJ-B) upladed it a while ago...
I have deleted my/the links manually

When you have downloaded the game, I'll kill the links again...
You can upload it again (if you want :D)

Naja, SKJ-B war meine einzige Quelle dafür, wenn ich mich im Torrent umschaue, das ist alles steinalt dagegen. Wäre nicht schlecht, wenn man irgendwie Kontakt zu eSKaJot aufnehmen könnte.
