STORY:

er startet das programm nicht, es kommt lediglich ne fehlermeldung
glaube, das hatte ich auch schonmal
gepatcht ist alles...

Neben dem Gebietsschema musst du auch das generelle Format (Datum, Uhrzeit etc.) auf Japanisch stellen, auch zu finden unter Systemsteuerung > Sprache und Region.
