[Frage] Any H-Games worth playing/getting into?

Either Visual Novels or interactive type of games, one that I played years ago that might not even be one was Sonicomi, and it was all in Japanese so I didn't understand anything...

I'm open to hear any suggestions, since some I saw have gotten an english patch after years of never getting a proper localization.
