The thing with erotic mmorpg is that 90% of the female characters are actually male guys. I can say that from experience because im one of them.

As stated by others, I would pay well for a GOOD, WELL MADE hentai game, mmo, rpg whatever. Mere repeats on the same set of weak theamed messes that they currently offer have little if any intrest to me, it's just such a shame that this is the only thing game makers offer. I find it kind of sad that I have BETTER LUCK searching the few forums for RPG Maker projects that I find from most offerings by Game Making Companies.
I cannot speak for others by I myself spent at least 100 dollars on software for EQ2 as well as subscription costs, this is a much higher ammount than most of the pitiful offerings for supposedly GOOD hentai games that are still using CG images with NO ANIMATION SCENES.
If I am willing to pay that kind of cash for a WELL MADE RPG, just relflect on the cash sitting in my wallet waiting for a GOOD HENTAI game to ever come out................................

It wasn't mentioned previously, but you could always take an existing MMO (such as Linage II) and make your own erotic roleplay. I'd also mention that there are a variety of texture replacers that might help if you had your own mini-community.

But actual porn MMOs? Yeah... I think that's a recipe for disaster.

I wonder how you'd maintain a playerbase for that though, i mean how would you make it without excluding either one gender or the other? It seems like it would most likely be almost a total sausage party :/, with almost no females.

I don't know if I would like an MMO-style Hentai game. I would rather have a nice single-player game with the grandeur of an MMO.

For example, instead of having a Hentai version of WoW, I'd rather have something along the lines of Elder Scrolls or Fallout.

I don't think hentai MMORPG will work since MMOs are games where you interact with other online players.

If companies were to make hentai MMORPG, they might as well make a hentai RPG.

Not a lot of resources are put in a hentai mmorpg. There is also an age restrictions. Plus people (example teens) especially in developing countries go to cafe to play online games so its not a good idea to play such games where privacy don't exists
