Nice game but unfortunately something doesn't seem to work at me...

I think I installed everything right, just how it was written in the ReadMe but:
1. When I click the fcPSGrun.exe, nothing happens,
2. When I start the Game with the play.htm or play.vmo, I can't see any character-textures


Any possible solutions?

P.s. Obviously I'm not the only one with problems...

Im sinn von nichts laden meine ich das ich da drauf klicken kann und es passiert nichts!
