Bin vollkommen dafür.

regeln sind immmer dazu da um gewisse freiheiten zu beschränken. Grundsätzlich finde ich es halt irgendwie unmoralisch rape games zu spielen aber solange niemand Spiel mit Realität verwechselt habe ich nix dagegen.

Paralellen gibt es generell viele, besonders zu Ereignissen in der Geschichte. Nun gut, das Verbot von H-Games wird vermutlich nicht zu einer Revolution führen, doch die allgemeine wirtschaftliche/politische Situation erinnert mich langsam an die Zeit der Französischen Revolution.
Noch ist das alles nicht besonders tragisch und die Einschränkung beziehen sich hauptsächlich auf Luxusgüter, doch wenn die Politik weiterhin diesen Kurs fährt, wird es nur noch ein paar Jahre dauern und wir haben ziehmlich massive Proteste, die je nach Auslöser auch blutig enden könnten. Klingt für mich alles in allem nach einem Neuanfang, nachdem wir wiedermal nicht aus der Vergangenheit gelernt haben.

Um wieder zurück zum Thema zu kommen, es riecht momentan danach das tatsätzlich Leute von Ausserhalb gesperrt werden und das dauerhaft, sprich USER A aus Deutschland kann nicht mehr auf Japanische Games Seiten zugreifen, dafür kann es sein das die Firmen weiterhin ihre Spiele machen dürfen wobei das net ausgesprochen wird, zumindest gaben das einige Japanische Mitbürger von sich die sich mit dem Thema "sehr" beschäftigen (Darkeagle Forum). Und ich glaube sie haben alle mal mehr Ahnung als wir Aussenstehende..

Sprich dann wäre, Loli & Rape defenitiv gebannt, damit "Kann" man leben, da auch die Argumente der Gegenseite zu verstehen sind das jegliche Art von Child Porn nicht erlaubt werden darf, und ein Spiel mit Kombination von Loli & Rape ist genau das worauf die Gegenseite anspielt, es ist halt in der Gesellschaft leider nicht gern gesehen... AUCH wenns nur Gezeichnet ist, das war ansich bisher der Grund warum es tolleriert würde.

Even in the Ashikaga case, a false confession was accepted [2]
Miscarriage of justice is something that actually happens, and it should be the duty of the lawmakers to prevent such cases from happening
Unlike guns or drugs, child porn is information and it is too easy to get a hold of it (so we should not compare child porn to guns or drugs)
The LDP and Komeito have not taken any measures at all to prevent any miscarriage of justice

Da sieht man das die Personen die das geschrieben haben keine Ahnung haben, ohne Lolicon und Rape steigen die Vergewaltigungsraten extrem. Schon alleine seit dem Verbot des EOCS sind 80% mehr Nachrichten über Vergewaltigungsfälle in den japanischen Medien und das wo in Japan kaum Vergewaltigungen vorkommen.

Das sorgt nur dafür sorgen das in der Untergrundszene die Kinderpornografie wieder boomen wird.

Was will Gesellschaft lieber: Das ihre Kinder vergewaltigt werden weil es kein Loli und Rape mehr gibt oder das es Loli und Rape gibt und dafür ihre Kinder nicht vergewaltigt werden?
