This is something that I was working on a couple of weeks ago but ended up abandoning as it just wasn't working out the way I was trying for.
Even adding these prompts into what I was trying to do isn't generating quite what I was going for, but they do help and could be a good starting point for further experimentation.
Also, the "typical-(keyword)-nudes" is a rather interesting prompt, and I am having some fun playing with it.
I have a female fan that is more than a bit of a masochist, and I was trying to create images of her after "a severe domestic disagreement" that would include such attributes as black eyes, split lip, broken nose, etc.
My focus was just on the face, not anywhere else on the body.

extra wie schwellungen oder brüche waren unmöglich darzustellen. im letzten hab ich lediglich den closeup vergessen und eventuell irgendwas mit "corpse" in negativ setzen sollen.

und es gibt da eine filmfigur, die förmlich "gesichtsverletzung" schreit, die man wunderbar einbauen kann....

Thinking outside of the box is the only way to get anywhere with all of this, and I have gone FAR (maybe even TOO far) by using your prompting style.
These prompts are quite interesting and a couple of them got VERY close to what I was trying for, so this will be a big help.

mit deinem vorschlag und ebenso "atypical" spiele ich schon eine ganze weile herum. da die ergebnisse aber tatsächlich eher dem standard random entsprechen, hab ich noch keine richtige anwendung dafür gefunden und auch deshalb noch nichts veröffentlicht. dies ist einer dieser prompts, die meine ewig lange liste füllen und dann passiert oft sowas wie mit dem "trademark-print" weiter oben, daß ich das teste und dann kein bock mehr habe auf mehr und es einfach hier reinwerfe. das typical hat nämlich leider den riesigen nachteil, daß ich die gesamte liste wieder von vorn abarbeiten darf mit eben typical als startprompt und die ergebnisse dann entsprechend anpassen muß. und dann fällt mir dazu was neues ein, was auch noch notiert wird, und und und......

I will have to do some more testing with "torture", taking a new look at it from previous efforts that I gave up on.
I have done quite a bit of testing with the "slave" prompt in recent years, as I tend to focus on the erotic, and have an insight on the topic that fits with your tests.
To get different racial features, focus on the skintone instead of the ethnicity.
"ebony-skinned-sex-slave", "mahogany-skinned-sex-slave", "tan-skinned-sex-slave", "pale-skinned-sex-slave"
For even more specific results, make use of skin undertones (warm, cool, neutral as "warm undertones", etc)
I ran a few prompt tests using a combination of yours and mine with "typical-ebony-skinned-slave-for-the-night", "typical-mahogany-skinned-slave-for-the-night", "typical-tan-skinned-slave-for-the-night", "typical-pale-skinned-slave-for-the-night", "typical-olive-skinned-slave-for-the-night" and they all came out looking really good.
Testing with "typical-(whatever)-aftermath" has really taken me down a sick and twisted rabbit hole that answered a lot of questions about "how?" that I have had for a while.
"typical-torture-aftermath" and "typical-torture-aftermath-awakening" generated some rather disturbing images that were perfect for the project I have been messing with.

A little more testing with "typical-(whatever)-aftermath" led me to try "typical-(whatever)-action" and "typical-(whatever)-setup" with some interesting results!
Try multiple word phrases in place of (whatever).
