I am still in the process of moving, so most of my free time is already occupied, but I saw this post this morning and figured I would add one of my own observations for getting better hands... though I may have posted this before.

As a negative: "typical-3-finger-hands, typical-5-finger-hands"

That has worked wonderfully for me.
You can also add "-trope" to each for greater reinforcement of the negative prompt.

diese offensichtlichen prompts sind sehr wirkungsvoll, aber für meine "wissenschaft" viel zu einfach. ich gehe, wie du inzwischen weißt, den schwierigen weg, den niemand gehen will und der unergründet ist. dort sind die größten schätze verborgen, die es zu entdecken gilt. genau wie tesla einst mit seinem gratis strom für alle, was schnellstmöglich aus der geschichte verbannt wurde.
