[Frage] Your Native Language Dub vs Native Language Sub Anime

I've rarely seen anyone outside a fringe group preferring their own language dub to the original version.
Obviously, this makes sense. But there's sometimes where the preference is so dominant that it makes you wonder why a dub exists at all.

I used to like originals with subtitles more, but now I prefer the native language almost exclusively.

I generally go with subs, but there are some series with some iconic dubs, like the 1997 Berserk adaptation. I'm sure the original seiyuu did a great job, but Marc is always gonna be Guts to me.
